Notes:

* Feb 1979 - the run of shows at Birmingham Night Out were all sold out. The support act for the week was Brummie comedian Johnnie Carroll.
* 15 Feb 1979 - this was a new date, as the original date was postponed due to snow.
* 16 Mar 1979 - the Oldham Civic Hall gig was postponed due to snow - the journey from Leicester should have taken 2 hours, but took 8! The gig was rearranged and took place on 30 Apr.
* Apr 1979 - SWW were on tour in Scotland for a week from 1st April. There were six dates on the tour - four dates are listed above. Aviemore Ice Rink was planned for 06 Apr but cancelled for reasons unknown. The sixth date was Dundee, probably at Caird Hall, either on 05 or 07 Apr. The band travelled to Scotland by plane.
* Jun 1979 - the band were in the Isle of Man for TT week at the beginning of the month. Not confirmed whether they had a gig there during this time.
* 07 Jun 1979 - SWW became the first western group to be beamed live by satellite to Cuba - the gig in question was the Golden Orpheus Festival in Bulgaria.
* 08 Jul 1979 - this was an open air gig at the home of Morton FC - supported by Rosetta Stone.
* Jul 1979 - on tour in Scandinavia and northern Europe for most of the month.
* Aug 1979 - the band had a well earned month off.
* Sep 1979 - gigs scheduled for Austria, Switzerland, Czechoslovakia and Poland.
* Nov 1979 - gigs scheduled for West and East Germany, Belgium and Luxembourg early in the month, possibly commencing late Oct.
* 12 Nov 1979 - a review of the gig at Birmingham Odeon stated the band’s set included Hey Rock And Roll, Jailhouse Rock and Rave On.
* 03 Dec 1979 - a review of the gig at Liverpool Empire stated that the band’s set included, Twist & Shout, Jailhouse Rock and Rave On.
* There were discussions for a tour of Japan to take place late in 1979, but this did not come to fruition.
* The band played at Blackburn King George’s Hall sometime during the year, date unknown.
